Hayley Masters, CRNP
Hayley is board certified in Family Medicine and is excited to make a difference in patients’ lives and make advancements in the medical field. She earned her BSN in 2014, and is a local member of the Seneca community. Hayley is married to her high school sweetheart and has a goldendoodle named Huckleberry.

Kathy Smerkar, Office Manager
Seneca Medical Office Manager Kathy Smerkar has been with Adagio Health for 31 years. “I love working for Adagio Health and how the organization treats its employees. But more importantly, I love the work we do with clients and helping to make our patients’ lives better.” Kathy lives in Clarion County with her husband of 32 years.

Our services include: Family Planning, Birth Control, STI Testing & Treatment, Gynecological Care, PrEP, Care for Men, Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening and Treatment Programs, Tobacco and Nicotine Cessation Services, COVID-19 vaccines for patients ages 12 and up, and an extensive menu of Adult Health Care Basics including screenings, adult immunizations, and more.
