Our team of Care Navigators are ready to connect you with the support and resources you need to improve your health and well-being. Care Navigators can connect you with:

  • Behavioral Health
  • Tobacco & Nicotine Cessation
  • Mental Health Services, Drug & Alcohol Recovery and Support
  • Health Insurance including Medicaid
  • Food Assistance (including Adagio Health Food Cupboards)
  • Help with online applications, COMPASS, Pennie and more
  • Respite care
  • Utility Payment Relief
  • Housing Assistance
  • Help applying for programs including LIHEAP, Dollar Energy Fund and more

Healthy Women for Life

Healthy Women for Life is an Adagio Health initiative that provides free health and support services for women in Pennsylvania. The program includes prenatal and postpartum services and support, along with chronic disease screening, STI testing & treatment, menstrual products and education, counseling services, and more.

Adagio Health offers assistance to our WIC participants and medical patients, with immediate access to nutritious food from our on-site food pantries, and referrals to local food banks for longer term assistance.
