Erie, PA Nurse Practitioner Sarah Henry-Walker has been with Adagio Health since 2019. She has practiced as a women’s health NP in Erie since 2004, primarily focusing on obstetric and gynecologic needs. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Sarah was a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit and also worked in medical oncology and long-term acute care. “I like being able to provide personal, individual care to my patients, and helping them stay happy and healthy.” Sarah lives in Erie County with her husband and 2 children.
