Offering a wide range of birth control options tailored to your needs, we assist in selecting the most suitable method considering factors such as medical history, effectiveness, and reversibility.

Promoting preconception health to improve pregnancy outcomes, aligning with CDC recommendations.

Providing accurate pregnancy testing and counseling services, guiding you through your options with compassion and confidentiality.

Offering comprehensive testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections to safeguard your health and that of your partners.

Counseling and guidance for those seeking to conceive, with expert advice on optimizing fertility.

Also known as “fertility awareness” or the “rhythm method,” natural family planning relies on identifying fertility signs during your menstrual cycle to determine fertile and infertile periods. Tracking body temperature, cervical secretions, and menstrual cycle length helps you decide when it’s safe to have sex or when to abstain. While effective, it may pose challenges for those with irregular periods or breastfeeding. Proper instruction from a trained specialist enhances its effectiveness. However, about 24 out of every 100 women using natural family planning may become pregnant within the first year.

Advantages:

  • No drugs, chemicals, or devices involved
  • No physical side effects
  • Increases awareness of fertility

Disadvantages:

  • Requires several months of cycle monitoring
  • Daily tracking of fertility indicators is necessary
  • Does not protect against sexually transmitted infections
  • Results can be impacted by illness or stress

Evaluating potential causes of infertility and facilitating referrals to specialist care when necessary.
