Welcome new Erie provider Paula Young! 

Paula Young, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Paula is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a diverse medical background. Graduating with honors from Chamberlain University, she has gained essential experience in primary care and in the specialty of gastroenterology. Prior to becoming an Advanced Practice Provider, she was an expert level Trauma ICU registered nurse for 11 years. Through her career, Paula has found a love for women’s health and is excited for the opportunity to be a part of the Adagio Health care team. She is passionate about providing exceptional care to each patient and believes in an open and trusting patient-provider relationship empowering patients through education.

 

Sarah Henry-Walker, MSN, CRNP, WHBC
Erie, PA Nurse Practitioner Sarah Henry-Walker has been with Adagio Health since 2019. She has practiced as a women’s health NP in the Erie area for over 17 years, primarily focusing on obstetric and gynecologic needs.  Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Sarah was a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit and also worked in medical oncology and long-term acute care. “I like being able to provide personal, individual care to my patients, and helping them stay happy and healthy.”  Sarah lives in Erie County with her husband and 2 children.

Susan Scriven, CRNP
Prior to working at Adagio Health, Susan was a Certified Nurse Midwife and delivered over 3,700 babies. Susan has worked at Adagio Health since 2007 as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Erie office. She semi-retired in 2020 but works as needed for several Adagio offices, including Erie. Susan lives with her husband Richard and golden retriever Franklin in Westfield, NY in the woods overlooking Lake Erie. She enjoys downhill skiing, cycling, and spending time with her young granddaughter Luna, and is proud to be on the board of trustees of her local library in Westfield. 

Stacy Frantz, Office Manager
Erie Office Manager, Stacy Frantz has been working in OBGYN for 18+ years.
She says, "Working at Adagio Health has been my career specialty of choice. I love what we have to offer our community. I am always trying to make sure Erie knows what we can do for them."

Our services include: family planning, birth control, STI testing & treatment, gynecological care, PrEP, care for men, breast and cervical cancer screening and treatment programs, tobacco and nicotine cessation services, COVID-19 vaccines for patients ages 12 and up, and an extensive menu of adult health care basics including screenings, adult immunizations, and more.
