In addition to this significant milestone, Adagio Health Uniontown has been recognized with a “Best in Fayette” award, affirming its position as one of the leading medical providers in the county.

Strategically located at 2 Highland Park Drive, the Uniontown Health Hub will expand access to a variety of essential services, including preventive care, reproductive health, nutrition counseling, and wellness programs. This expansion builds on more than 47 years of service that Adagio Health has provided in the Laurel Highlands region, ensuring that vulnerable patients and individuals in need have a place to turn for compassionate, comprehensive care.
