A Year of Keeping Essential Healthcare in Reach

In 2025, Adagio Health demonstrated resilience, growth, and meaningful impact across the communities we serve throughout Western Pennsylvania. Guided by our unwavering mission to provide essential reproductive and preventive health care, we supported thousands of women, families, and individuals through our programs during the year.

Reliable Care, All Year Long
Through our 7 medical offices and community partners, Adagio Health provided comprehensive services that include: family planning, gynecologic care, STI testing and treatment, cancer screenings, HIV testing and treatment, Hepatitis C prevention, behavioral health and counseling support, tobacco cessation, and more. These services and programs are offered every day to ensure our patients always have access to the care they need.

Helping Pennsylvanians Get Covered
Adagio Health proudly partnered with Pennie, Pennsylvania’s official health insurance marketplace. Our Pennie-Certified Assisters guided community members through enrollment, plan comparisons, and financial assistance — all at no cost. From first-time enrollees to renewals, we helped people move from confused to covered. Open enrollment ends January 31, 2026. Find help here.

Supporting Women Veterans
Through our Veterans Care Initiative (VCI), women who have served received free, supportive health care from day one. This program made possible preventive screenings, mental health support, family planning, wellness visits, nutrition counseling, and transportation assistance, ensuring veterans could easily receive barrier-free healthcare.

Fueling Healthier Communities

Adagio Health’s Nutrition & Education team expanded access to fresh, local food through the Farm Fresh program, partnering with 22 local farms and serving thousands at farmers markets, pop-up stands, and community events. WIC, SNAP-Ed, and Diabetes Prevention Programs complemented this effort, helping families explore healthy foods throughout the year, learn new cooking skills, and build stronger nutritional habits.

As we move into 2026, we look ahead with purpose: Building on this year’s successes, expanding access to our programs, and continuing to deliver trusted, high-quality health care close to home, without barriers. This work is made possible through the generosity and partnership of those who believe in our mission, and we are deeply grateful for the support that allows us to meet this moment and serve our communities with impact.
