Meet Our New Castle Medical Staff
Crystle Harcar, DNP, NP-C
Crystle Harcar has been with Adagio Health since August 2019. She specializes as a family nurse practitioner with her doctorate in Nursing Practice. As a nurse, she worked in Labor and Delivery at Magee Women’s Hospital. As a nurse practitioner, her experience has been working with women providing reproductive, infertility, pre-natal, and post-menopausal care since 2013. She says, “I love being able to provide pertinent resources to any and all of our patients. They have access to more services at Adagio Health than they do at other places, which is so important when providing holistic care.”
Lindsey Chappel, MSN, FNP-C
Lindsey Chappel has been with Adagio Health for over 10 years. Previously, she worked as a Neonatal ICU nurse at West Penn Hospital before joining Adagio Health. Lindsey is passionate about supporting patients through life’s most meaningful moments and values the insight gained from working across all Adagio Health offices. She has two children and enjoys yoga and traveling.
Carley Fleck, MSN, FNP-C
Carley Fleck joined Adagio Health in 2021. She specializes in reproductive care, family planning, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management. Carley enjoys guiding patients through their healthcare choices and making sure they feel empowered, informed, and comfortable at every visit. Carley also teaches Nursing at Thiel College.
Abbie Aladdin, CRNP (not pictured)
Abbie is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner at Adagio Health, bringing experience from urgent care and palliative care to her role in women’s health. She earned her degree from Carlow University and was drawn to Adagio Health for its strong reputation as a healthcare provider in Western Pennsylvania. Abbie is excited to support patients and families in her community.
