Meet Our Indiana Medical Staff

Carla Aquino Allen, FNP
Carla Aquino Allen is a Family Nurse Practitioner with expertise in obstetrics, postpartum and newborn care, and skilled nursing. She is passionate about women’s health and dedicated to helping patients feel informed and supported in their care. Outside of work, Carla enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and their pets.

Blaine Shindel, LSW
Blaine is a Licensed Social Worker. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a Master of Social Work. His undergraduate degree is in Psychology with a Sociology and Child and Adult Advocacy Studies minor from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. For the past two years, Blaine has been a family-based therapist within the Franklin County area. Now at Adagio Health, Blaine looks forward to reducing the gaps in services for individuals who need acute therapy.

Michele McCracken, Office Manager
Indiana Medical Office Manager Michele McCracken has been with Adagio Health for 21 years, “And I have enjoyed every minute of it! For the first 8 years, I was a Medical Assistant and I was promoted to Office Manager in 2008.”

Our services include: Family Planning, Birth Control, STI Testing & Treatment, Gynecological Care, PrEP, Care for Men, Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening and Treatment Programs, Tobacco and Nicotine Cessation Services, COVID-19 Vaccines for patients ages 12 and up, and an extensive menu of adult health care basics including screenings, adult immunizations, and more.
