Adagio Health’s Teen Outreach Program (TOP) empowers teens who are at-risk with the tools and opportunities needed to avoid risky behaviors – like dropout and teen pregnancy – and become leaders with a powerful vision for their future.

Recognized by a variety of youth development organizations, TOP enables adults to harness and empower the spirit of the most vulnerable teens and change the way systems approach traditional development – from educational and adolescent health settings, to juvenile justice and child welfare.
TOP also has the power to change communities, thanks in part to TOP’s unique focus on reconnecting teens to their communities through transformational community service-learning opportunities.
Adagio Health can provide TOP to partners in Allegheny, Butler, Cambria, Crawford, Indiana, Mercer, and Somerset counties. Current TOP partners for the 2023-2024 year include: Conneaut SD, Crossroads Private School, Greater Johnstown SD, Justice Works, Phase 4 Learning Center, and Pittsburgh Public SD.
