Fundamentals of Family Planning
Sept. 13, Sept. 20, Oct. 4, 2005 - Pittsburgh, PA
Some of the many topics covered include basic male and female reproductive anatomy and physiology, birth control methods, the menstrual cycle, STDs/HIV, and communication/teaching methods for clients. In addition to the three days of classroom training, the course includes a self-study manual, "Family Planning Fundamentals," which covers topics that are part of the classroom curriculum as well as topics that are not.
