Reserved seating assigned on a first come, first served basis. Ticket requests received by September 28 will be mailed on October 2. For requests received after this date, tickets may be picked up at Adagio Health on October 9-15 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or at the Byham Theater on October 16 after 9:00 a.m.

Registration does not imply endorsement. For income tax purposes, the non-deductible portion of each ticket is $10.
