Meet Our Uniontown Medical Staff

Natalie Crouse, NP-C MSN
Natalie Crouse, NP-C is the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Adagio Health. In that role, she oversees the staff and clinical operations of eight western Pennsylvania medical offices and one Mobile Health Unit. In the Spring of 2021, she played a key role in facilitating access to COVID-19 vaccines for Adagio Health patients, many of whom live in rural areas where access to care is scarce. In 2019, she led efforts to deliver PrEP – pre-exposure prophylaxis – to Adagio Health patients who are at higher risk for HIV infection. Before joining Adagio Health in 2018, Natalie served as manager and director of a mobile medical unit where she was also the sole healthcare provider. Through the lens of clinical operations expertise and small business experience, Natalie has committed her career to ensuring access, quality, and deliverable care to the disenfranchised. Of her work, Natalie says, “Healthcare is always evolving. Adagio Health challenges me to predict trends to help guide clinical services.”
