Early Detection

Early detection is the key to surviving breast cancer. Adagio Health and our partners can ensure you get the breast cancer screening and care that you need at NO COST for patients who qualify. And at select locations, you can also catch up on any adult immunizations you need – all at the same appointment.

To find out if you’re eligible for free breast cancer screening along with diagnostic services and more – call 1-800-215-7494.

Eligible patients can receive breast cancer screening services and catch up on adult vaccines at locations in these Pennsylvania counties: Jefferson, Clearfield, Elk, Snyder, Northumberland, Mifflin, Union, Juniata, Indiana, and Lawrence. Participating providers in those locations include: Adagio Health, Family Planning Plus, and Penn Highlands Healthcare.
